Admissions

Parents can apply through FACTS. Parents will need to submit report cards, standardized test scores, and diagnostic or psychological results, if applicable. After review of the information, Moye School staff will interview the students, and if all goes well, extend an offer of enrollment. 

Enrollment

Once an enrollment offer has been extended, parents will complete the enrollment process through FACTS.

Monthly Tuition Payments are made using the FACTS tuition payment plan platform, which allows parents secure, flexible options for payment through automatic bank draft. FACTS can also be used to apply for financial aid or grants and request a payment plan that fits your budget needs. Parents will need to create an online account through our Moye School FACTS portal.

Tuitions & Fees

We offer the following payment options: 1 payment (August), 2 payments (August and January) or 10 monthly payments (August-May). Payments begin in August, and parents are able to select a payment date of the 5th or 20th of the month. 

An enrollment fee of $250 will be charged at time of enrollment.

Extended Care

A supervised study hall may be available depending on demand, more information to come. 

Requirements for Enrollment

  • Copy of Original Certificates of Birth (not the hospital courtesy copy) and copy of Certificate of Baptism must be presented at the time of registration.
     
  • A health record is required indicating that the student has received the immunizations required by state law. Completion of a health questionnaire with signature for permission to screen, is also required. Only when all health records are in order is the registration process complete.
     
  • Moye School does not have the personnel or the facilities to provide for students who are in need of special education, however, we are here to serve the needs of all children and will do our best to accommodate our students.
     
  • Parents are expected to appreciate the unique characteristics of the Catholic School and have a sincere desire to work cooperatively with the school in developing Christian values and attitudes. Attendance at daily religion classes and liturgical functions (including Mass) during the school day is mandatory.
     
  • Preference is given to St. Louis parishioners in the registration process as determined by school policy. If openings are available after parishioner registration, non-parishioners will be accepted. We currently have open enrollment.
     
  • The Moye School admits students of any race, color, religion, and national or ethnic origin.
